📌 Terms of Refund
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
👉 Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after processing.
2. Non-Refundable Products
All products sold on Gharsense are non-refundable.
Refund or replacement is only applicable if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
3. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:
👉 You must provide a proper unboxing video as proof.
🎥 How to Record Unboxing Video (Important)
- Use clear lighting and stable camera
- Show the shipping label clearly
- Record the sealed package from all sides
- Open the package on camera (no cuts)
- Show all contents clearly
If there is an issue:
- Damaged → Show close-up clearly
- Missing → Show all received items
- Wrong item → Show item + label together
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- After 2 days, we cannot process any refund/replacement request
4. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- The product must be returned to us
- After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be provided for eligible claims
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
6. Order Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders → Cannot be cancelled once placed

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders → Can be cancelled:
- Via order confirmation message
- Or during confirmation call
